Post the divesture of Ray-Ban at the global level – a project was handled for Asia Pacific HQ to visit each of the 12 Country HQs and help the Subsidiary Head with right-sizing and optimizing overheads. This was achieved keeping the sensitivities of all constituencies in mind.
