Launching Product Categories to build Portfolio diversity and depth – Nestle

Nestle India product portfolio was not yet represented in several important segments of the market. This was holding up the move towards becoming No.1 in Foods. The New Products team, rose to the challenge. Rapid launches in culinary products (‘Maggi’), Teas & other beverages and chocolates & confectionary helped widen and deepen the product portfolio by a significant margin.

For a time, Jaspal also worked from the corporate HQ in Switzerland to help strategize the Maggi Culinary range across all Asia Pacific markets..
