End-to-end supply chain optimization reduced stock-outs and improved cash flows. Despite long new product approval lead-times, the New Products portfolio grew by a (5x) factor. The revitalized Portfolio (Products x People x Process rigor) resulted in doubling the Growth rate to 27%.

Most importantly, there was a significant build-up of the Leadership pipeline in sync with the vision of accelerated growth towards a billion dollars.
